This is a security feature we have in place in order to keep your account and our Le Yan She Community safe.
When this happens, please go to your 'Surveys' page. If the survey is set up to allow restarts, you will find it in your 'Ongoing Surveys' tab at the top of the page.
If you do not see the survey listed, you will not be able to complete the survey. In this case, your information will not be shared and no Le Yan Dian will be credited.
