While most surveys should credit immediately after completion, there are times when the Le Yan Dian will be delayed.

Diaries, forums, discussion boards, webcams, bonus points, etc. are often credited through a manual process and takes much longer for the Le Yan Dian to post to your account.

If you completed a survey in full and do not see the Le Yan Dian within 4 weeks of completion, please Contact Us and provide us with the survey number so we can take a look.
