In general, the Le Yan Dian you collect for taking surveys will post to your membership immediately. For a small number of surveys, we can only credit you once the survey is closed, which can take time. Feel free to contact our Help Center if you do not see your Le Yan Dian post in a few business days.

Please note: There is a slight delay of approximately 15 seconds for Le Yan Dian to be credited to your Le Yan Dian balance, once you complete surveys. You will see a circle rotating on the internet tab browser you are participating from, once it stops rotating, you will see your balance updated.
